Your use of C2C Legal Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and C2C Legal Services.
While our Case Managers assist with document preparation and assessing whether attorney support may be appropriate, they are not attorneys and cannot offer legal advice.

If you choose to be referred to an attorney from our network, your relationship will be solely with that attorney under separate engagement terms.

3. Eligibility

By using C2C Legal Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using our Services.
Use our Services only for lawful purposes.
Be solely responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of documents prepared through our platform.
Pay all applicable fees, including any court filing fees which are not included in our service pricing.

C2C Legal Services offers clear, upfront pricing for all Services.

Court filing fees, government fees, or third-party costs are not included unless otherwise stated. Filing fees vary by jurisdiction and are always the responsibility of the customer.

Refund requests are evaluated in accordance with our Guarantee.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may include referrals or links to third-party attorneys or services.
We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality or outcome of services provided by independent attorneys or other third parties.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
