At C2C Legal Services we put our clients first. If you’re not satisfied with your divorce service within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund our service fees—no hassle. After 30 days, if your filing is rejected by the court and we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll refund the cost of generating your documents.​ Just call or email us and we’ll take care of it.

Our services go beyond document creation. We provide valuable resources like detailed instructions, access to our Matter Assistant and Case Manager, and responsive support—these are not refundable unless there’s a defect in the legal documents themselves.

If you haven’t accessed any post-purchase tools or services, you may still qualify for a refund within 30 days.

Please note, we can’t issue refunds for:

• A spouse’s refusal to sign documents.

• Fees paid to third parties, including court filing services and prepaid shipping.

• Payments for legal consultations or attorney access.
